Her diverse skill set extends to business analysis, communication management, and brand development.

Recently, as a Digital Data Analyst at Oregon Health and Science University, Aditi helped teams prioritize tasks, identify data collection gaps, and enhance dashboards for improved data sharing and decision-making. A data enthusiast, she focused on data analytics, market research, and website optimization, particularly in user flow, accessibility, and UX enhancements.

With 5 years in healthcare, Aditi has worked on optimizing web presence and enhancing patient satisfaction by analyzing web traffic and patient experience data for a tri-mission organization dedicated to healthcare, research, and education. She has also consulted on website redesign projects, using data-driven insights to streamline user paths and enhance the overall user experience.

Abhijit Chinchore has a significant history as a researcher and author in the field of condensed matter physics and nanotechnology, he is affiliated with Ohio University.
As a research scholar Abhijit worked on the structural, electronic, and magnetic properties of materials at the atomic level, particularly manganese-containing structures on gallium nitride (GaN), these are termed as diluted magnetic semiconductors and are of particular interest in spintronic applications.
His Research includes the epitaxial growth of ferromagnetic materials, two-dimensional manganese gallium nitride surface structures, and the use of techniques like Scanning Tunneling Microscopy to study these surfaces.
Abhijit has been working in semiconductor industry for the past 14 years. As a technology development engineer at Intel Corporation Abhijit has vast experience in CPU design and manufacturing. His expertise lies in the field of photo lithography. Abhijit has worked on various lithography platforms (ASML, Nikon) and has contributed to the development of various nodes in Moore’s law. The latest product he has been involved in is the Panther Lake CPU that features ribbon type, 18A transistors, that are processed on high Numeric Aperture Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) scanners that feature laser light assisted photolithography with a wavelength of 13.5 nm, which is generated by a powerful laser hitting microscopic droplets of molten tin to create plasma. Abhijit is currently involved in the patterning of structures for process nodes beyond 2 nm, such as Intel’s 18A and future nodes like 14A, and advanced DRAM generations.
